Reply to MOH's Announcement.
In Response to MOH's announcement:
MOH has issued a statement about our YouTube channel and our Town Hall Event last weekend.
For the record, we are not Anti-Vaxxers. We have many people who are vaccinated who are in our group. They are in our group because they have either suffered from injuries after taking the vaccines, or have loved ones who died after taking the vaccine. Some are even Super-Vaxxers! They are Doctors and medical professionals who are not only vaccinated themselves but have vaccinated others! Some others are in our group because they are worried that they may also be fired if they do not take the booster shots, or their children cannot graduate if they are not vaccinated.
I mean who wants to be highlighted in the media every few weeks for being an Anti-Vaxxer? Let's be clear. We are not here to oppose the government etc. We only want to protect ourselves, our children and our loved ones. Is this wrong?
In fact, we see ourselves as Intelligent Vaxxers! We believe it so much that we will be launching our new website soon, so stay tuned.
For those who have watched the Town Hall Event, you would have seen that citizens were speaking up as they feel cornered with implied job losses if they do not want to take the experimental vaccine. (Many in our community have already suffered actual job losses.)
This goes against the Nuremberg Code. I quote and these are not my words “The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment. The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.[13]”

I have several questions to ask MOH:
1) Is Youtube the final arbitrator of truth?
Please do note that many reputable doctors and physicians have been censored on Youtube, facebook and google for putting out their own peer-reviewed research that warn the public about these Covid-19 vaccines. In an article by CNN, I quote
"The video-sharing platform has since removed more than 130,000 videos for violating COVID-19 vaccine policies.
Many of these videos contradict the "expert consensus from local health authorities or the World Health Organization (WHO)," said the YouTube spokesperson.

Mr Shanmugam, our Law Minister, for the record has said on multiple occasions, that the final arbiter of truth is the Court, not Youtube, not WHO.
2) Why is MOH aligning itself with a US for-profit company, ie. in this case YOUTUBE? As I understand it, Youtube is foreign owned.
3) What about the concerns and plight of normal citizens whom they have ignored and refused to answer for the past few months with the aggressive vaccination programme which are threatening jobs and restricting movement to our country with no scientific basis?
4) Which part of my event is misinformation? Why don’t MOH enlighten us?
5) What is MOH doing to reduce our rising covid cases and the rising death numbers besides sending people home with panadol for such a “deadly” disease?
6) When doctors such as Dr. Chetty who has treated more than 7000 covid patients with 0 deaths and 0 hospitalisations speak up and share, is MOH looking into this to provide more quality and early care to fellow Singaporeans to prevent more deaths?
Instead of caring about the feedback from the public, MOH has made the announcement that Healing the Divide and the work that I am doing as misinformation, with NO PROOF or further elaboration. This is truly disappointing.
The Town Hall Event was presented in collaboration with concerned Singaporeans who are now faced with job losses, concerned parents who do not want to be encouraged into vaccinating their children and others who feel angry with the current measures which have divided our nation.
We are intelligent vaxxers. Not anti-vaxxers. There’s a difference.
We will be sharing our list of questions for MOH to answer so that I will convince my community of intelligent vaxxers to take the vaccine. We hope that our answers and concerns will be addressed in a logical and scientific manner and once answered, I will be the first in line at the vaccination centre to take my vaccine.
We reserve the rights to take legal action for the potential defamatory remarks made in the MOH press release. Our rights are fully reserved.
