Subject: Concerns and Request for Clarity on ELD Officer's Report Against Iris Koh

I am the author of numerous petitions. Some of them include.

1. Please resign from WEF and other International Affliations or as President of Singapore. https://chng.it/5dYQ6kngDL

2. Call for the resignation of Shanmugam and Police Commissioner Hoong Wee Teck. https://chng.it/v7C5hj6SYX

3. Do not let vaccination status divide us. https://chng.it/674fG6jsW5

4. Investigate Pfizer and Moderna. We also want our money back for the failed vaccines. https://chng.it/GMwjrnKhjX

5. Attention Singapore Government: Do not give away our sovereignty to the WHO. EXIT WHO https://chng.it/4kL6Tt8YJF

This is the background of all that I have done to stop Tharman's candidacy, WEF, Vaccine Mandates and other injustice in Society and I don't know if I'm unfairly targetted because of this.

I write to you not just as a citizen, but as someone deeply committed to our country's judicial system and the democratic principles it upholds. A recent police report, filed against me by an unidentified Assistant Returning Officer from the Elections Department (ELD) on 2nd Oct 2023, has given rise to both surprise and concern.

Overview:

On 31st August 2023, termed as the 'Cooling Off Day', I was actively involved in legal proceedings at the Supreme Court alongside M Ravi concerning HC/OA 880/2023. Contrary to what has been alleged, my participation was strictly confined to this legal matter, bearing no connection to election campaigning or advertising. It is with surprise and concern that I learned of the ELD's subsequent police report, suggesting I violated the cooling-off period rules through purported election advertising. I vehemently maintain that my social media engagement focused solely on the legal matter at hand.

Undeniable Right to Legal Recourse:

I am a law-abiding citizen who respects the Court and its processes. However, the actions of the Assistant Returning Officer, whose name remains undisclosed in media reports, cast doubts on their respect for the law and the judicial process. It is the right of all citizens to sue anybody they want 365 days, 24/7. I did not know that during the “Cooling Off” Period, that access to justice can be denied. Is the officer in question / Elections Deparment suggesting that its authority is higher than that of the Supreme Court’s?

Neutrality of Elections Officer:

The integrity of the Elections Department hinges on the impartiality of its officers. The actions of the unidentified Assistant Returning Officer prompt questions about potential bias. It's crucial to discern whether this represents an individual perspective or mirrors the broader sentiment of the Elections Department. Additionally, the lack of response to the concerns raised about Tharman's candidacy and his Presidential Oath eligibility further amplify these doubts.

Concluding Remarks:

I approach this matter seeking clarity and understanding, driven by my unwavering faith in our legal system. I respect the rule of law and the institutions that uphold it, including our esteemed police force. It's in this spirit that I request a thorough and transparent examination of the situation.

I'd like to reiterate: The lawsuit in question relates to Tharman's qualifications, overseen by the ELD. It remains unclear how this could be misconstrued as election campaigning or advertising.

Your timely attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

This is the video that was removed by Tiktok and the one that supposedly breached the Cooling Off Day rules.
Please judge for yourself how is this Elections Campaigning and Advertising.
